RETURN POLICY

BACK :
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date the order is received. If more than 30 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in new condition
- In original packaging - no returns will be accepted in packaging that is not original, or if the original packaging is not in the same condition as when received (torn box, missing wrapping paper, etc.)
- Includes all original parts
- Within the prescribed time limit
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
- Any item returned over 30 days after its delivery.
REFUND : (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within a few days.
LATE REFUND : (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before you see a refund.

NON-COLLECTION AT RELAY POINT : (if applicable)
In case of non-collection of the parcel at the relay point, the responsibility for this situation lies with the customer. When the parcel is returned to the supplier, this results in costs and financial losses for our company. It is important to emphasize that in such circumstances, we are not able to apply a refund.
The funds associated with this transaction are permanently lost, making any subsequent refund impossible. We therefore encourage you to pay attention to delivery notifications and collect your package within the allotted time to avoid any complications.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEM : (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
EXCHANGE : (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at:

GIFTS :
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
We recommend using a tracking service or having your shipment insured. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
